This seller is exceptional! This is the second item I have purchased from them and both have been accurately described, very well-packed, and quickly shipped, arriving in only 3 business days from Japan to Portland, OR, USA. In this case, I messaged the seller that I was looking for a rare item that was originally only available in Japan, and they found one in A+ condition and contacted me upon listing it. Thankfully, I was able to purchase and I am very satisfied. A++ service and experience!!!

Great Seller, good communication, item as advertised and promptly posted, excellent packaging etc. 5*. But why, ebay, do I have to rate the product to leave seller feedback? Auto 1* for all products. If you want me to provide product reviews then pay me.

  • More Drive, Less Strive!

1st of all I have to start off saying it packs more of a drive then the DS-1 ever thought about, especially using a compressor pedal with it. It delivers that old school Journey sound off the Infinity album adding a little Chorus. I am using a Strat I built myself using RA5 Alnico active pickups and they rock! So this pedal works well with active pickups. Let me say a few things about the differences. 1. The Ibanez pedal is slightly larger than the BOSS pedals. Just slightly, but not enough to make a difference. Same height though. 2. BOSS is built with screws, not pins for the switch pedal part so it might last a little longer under pressure. But the Ibanez pedal is still built pretty darn solid that can also take some abuse. Both are metal pedal and not cheap plastic. Accept for ...

  • Ibanez SM7 Pedal

This is my first actual review for a guitar pedal even though I coomunicate with alot of other musical instruments and pedals on other forums.I have a ton of gear from guitars and pedals to other equiptment and from very inexpensive to boutique stuff.I love distortion pedals more than any other pedals and own alot of brands but this is my first from Ibanez.I bought it used for about $20 and have to say it has as much if not more gain than pedals I paid four times as much.I won't tell you it will sound like a $400 pedal but for the money it is pretty nice and heavy. It doesn't have alot of noise but it can get you a little bit of that chunky sound.I don't think there is a better pedal in the under $50 price range, this is a good cheap way to fatten up chords whether you have a solid state ...

  • Exactly as expected!

This is the exact pedal in GREAT shape that my husband recommended for my Ibanez SM7 Mini Bass Guitar. He’s my guitar teacher and taught me how to play Metallica in 12 lessons after more than 30 years of never picking up a stringed instrument in my entire life. So, I trust his judgment. It sounds amazing with my bass, too!

  • Heavy Thick Distortion

The SM7 is incredible, it has heavy thick distortion that has to be heard to be understood.. it has a noise gate that has 3 settings ... which is very useful with the gain above 50% ... This is a heavy modern distortion, that works best with humbucking pickups ... it sounds awesome through a pignose, clean fender tube amp (Princeton reverb), carvin tube head, headphones ... this really is a surprisingly great distortion pedal.. it’s NOT made for blues, folk or country... if that’s your gig, this is NOT your pedal... if you live for heavy hard rock, you should try one of these... they are a steal for now... you will have hours of inspiration..
