Wrong part for 95 Mustang GT
It took me a while to figure out why my oil pressure would show normal with key on but not running, then goes to zero at startup. This switch is wired normally closed. I need normally open. Apparently there are three versions, NO, NC and variable resistance for real oil pressure gauges on older engines. The NC switches are for idiot lights so the light is on when key first turns on and goes out when engine starts and makes pressure. Then there is the idiot gauge like my car that needs normally open so gauge doesn't move until engine starts making pressure. The description says it fits and I guess it does but it's not for my car.It took me a while to figure out why my oil pressure would show normal with key on but not running, then goes to zero at startup.
