The photo of the item on the sellers store of a ladies coat was not what I received. I received a shorter man’s jacket. After some negotiation the seller agreed to a refund as the cost of returning the item would be the same as the original cost of the coat. The jacket I received was very well constructed and the fabric very good, it was just the wrong style. The seller was very polite throughout. EBay support chat agents were extremely helpful. I have included a photo of what I received below.

The shoes arrived damaged and dirty ( looked mouldy to me) .
After many many emails with the seller, I was offered 2 choices:
A refund after I paid for the shoes to be returned to china ( shipping fee not refunded…)
Or a 50% refund if I left a positive review.
I guess I won’t get anything as I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the purchase and the very poor customer service provided.
I won’t be buying from this seller ever again

Wrong colour supposed to be dark brown, too short and close fit. Nothing like the picture.
Not a good buy! Very disappointed. I am a size 14 and it is advertised as a long oversized brown cardigan. Not worth the money.
