    Versatility

    This pouch has options; options in how you can carry it and options for stowing your supplies. There are plenty of straps and pockets within. It easily handles items like a tactical tourniquet and compression bandage with plenty of room to spare. I only wish that a couple pockets were cut to allow a bit more expansion, as they're tight enough to only manage sliding a few wrapped gauze squares into them and thats it. But overall, it's a great bag for the price, it won't bruise your wallet to buy more than one.

    WOW, you can really stuff this pouch with a TON of lil "First Aid" supplies! Plus the Velcro strip on the face of the pouch, is perfect for a Medic Cross Patch! To ID your pouch as a "First Aid" pouch and the best feature is, the "Rip Away" capability for quick detachment from your backpack! 10 thumbs up, my point of view!

    A great pouch for my fire kit.

    I have several of these pouches for trauma/medical kits and they have held up well. I ordered this pouch to fit a rectangular French mess kit that I use to house my fire kit. The mess kit and my Silky saw fit in perfectly with enough space for extra dry tinder. This pouch is only 3.5" thick and holds everything tightly, no rattle and low drag. Just what I needed!
