Originally I was disappointed with artwork received because there was a hole in the canvas in place of the artists' metal logo. I assumed that because the seller did not accept refunds that I was stuck with the piece. Not wanting to provide negative feedback , I contacted the seller who immediately apologized, said she was unaware of this detail & offered a full refund & no return of the item. Can't get any honest & fair seller than roccoandhollister (63). Happy & grateful.
