Took a week to arrive but not too long. Could have been quicker. This is does look different in person than the pictures but not really a bad thing. It's a lot thicker due to foam cushion around the outside. This is 20" and I'm experienced in stretching and this almost goes around 4 times snug. If this were or came in 20,24,28,32" , would be great!
