On the other hand, when I contacted the seller they responded right away and gave me a full refund with no questions asked. It also arrived quickly and was week packaged. Post office did its best to delay the shipment. Spent 5 days in a WI distribution center and another 4 days at a ME distribution center. Would recommend "priority mail" to the seller. A lot more reliable. And the seller added an unappreciated "be sure to leave us 5-star feedback" sticker on the top of the product container that I had to soak off with WD40 before I could reuse the container. But ... the product itself is fine.
