    great for 'helping GET to sleep'.

    I take one 5mg under the tongue melt every night when I go to bed, to help me 'get' to sleep. When one is a senior often it is difficult to sleep. This is a great product for me.

    I cannot fill the above as i think it is too early. I have been taking it for 2 weeks but so far not successful as it has not changed my sleeping pattern. I was taking 4mg and it did not work so I thought I will try 5 mg. I have to speak to my Dr to see whether I can increase to 8 mg. Also not pleased that I could not read the back of the product before I ordered. How long does it take to give you better sleep? Di

    Acturally works!

    I work night shift. It's rough on your sleep cycle. Was told this would help. I feel it helps me go to sleep faster and I feel like I slept better when I wake up, not feeling so much like a zombie. I definitely will be ordering more when I'm out.
