Zinc good and necessary
I like the fact they are in a small capsule instead of hard tablet so its easy to swallow. I'm keeping my zinc level up internally because of covid -19 pandemic, can take 2 capsules if necessary. Sets very well, having no side effects at all.

I trust very few products. This is a good Since suppliment. I take two to make sure that I absorb bat least 50 mg. 15 mgnay be the RDA but the RDA amounts are really just enough to prevent a difencency of the vitamin in question. Darrin
