Product is good once you get it setup, but the physical instruction booklet is missing several important steps and the cable management clip is complete garbage to the point that the literal first print you should make is a cable chain to replace it. Solid product otherwise. Packaging was a little weird and the foam glue that held the packing sheets together got on the parts (easy enough the clean for me). Only thing to note for potential buyers is how HUGE this thing is. Enjoy!

Machine was in excellent shape although I did have to tighten a few bolts on the gantry. Don’t forget to remove the PLASTIC blocks from underneath the bed. The instructions will let you think they’re referring to the foam lol… yeah I did it. …Anyway, weeks later and I’m still pushing out nice prints with PETG. Just make sure you do your research and maintenance on the machine and materials. Majority of failures on these machines point back to the users negligence!
