I cannot praise this vendor highly enough!
I ordered two items and the 1st was received very quickly. There was a slight delay on the 2nd so I reached out just to make sure she saw it on the order. She did a "service recovery" that I was not seeking nor anticipating. She said "it is my fault that it is late and I will make it up to you" and she really did. You just do not see this level of service often nowadays.
