It didn't come with a power cord, so that was an extra $30 I had to spend which was a drag! It took a smaller specific power cord, so my current HP dock cord didn't work with this used dock..HP uses different sized power connectors, so the ad really should mention those specifics, or show a pic of the power cord needed, so the buyer has an idea of what it will take/cost to get this dock to work at all after the purchase.....

iPad 9th Gen 256 GB arrived as described and on time. Item seemed to have a technical issue about 50 days after receipt which was outside of the 30-day return window for both the seller and EBay. I contacted seller and they offerred a refund of half the purchase price. This seems reasonable given the circumstances and may have been comparable to the repair cost although I didn’t get an estimate. Fortunately when I updated the iOS software, the issue resolved, so I didn’t have to hassle with it.
