    Item arrived exactly as pictured and described. Unfortunately, the packaging was ripped with the item exposed upon arrival (fortunately, without damage.) It also took 4 days to get tracking and 7 days from purchase for the item to be received at the facility for shipping. Too long in my opinion for $12.81 shipping fee that was just a plastic bag. I did not actually have any seller communication, but was unable to post without rating it.
