The jacket was made to order and it fits me well. My only disappointment was that they could not install the naval clasp, so I am having having to hire a seamstress to handle. Seller is somewhat sl answering questions. The package was delayed by a temporary shutdown of the factory. Otherwise, I really like how it was made. The maroon fabric is a little off from the movies. In better lighting, it very closely resembles the monster maroon. It is not the garish red that other sellers offer.

Jacket looks and feels great, fits the description, shipped a little late but that’s fine, also the shoulder strap was not as it was pictured. It was a thin piece of white cloth with a security snap. I already had a shoulder strap so that wasn’t an issue. All in all lovely jacket, I will definitely wear it for cosplay and Halloween. Looks fantastic with all the pins and everything.

The item is super thin, but the worst part is the customer service. They are not us based as stated in their profile! Item came from Pakistan and the item wasn’t shipped out for almost 2 weeks after I ordered it . I asked for a resolution I was offered a 5% refund and to be honest it’s not enough! It already took the seller 10+ days to ship and even provide a tracking number….. terrible experience !
