I accidentally ordered the wrong unit .. I went back and ordered the right one .. I contacted the seller and asked for a cancellation due to mistake . The seller refused the cancellation even though the other unit I ordered was for them .. I WILL SEND BACK both units and get a refund and order another one from someone else .. that is BAD!! Customer service .. and now you’ll lose BOTH sells .

I was VERY nervous about ordering these 2 large items totaling over $450, but Zoro product page clearly stated "60 day return and seller pays for return postage."
Unfortunately, my plumber told me he could not fit the product within the framing of my wall.
My return was accepted without question, and I received my refund in a timely manner.
