Item arrived damaged, but repairable. I believe broken in the factory, and as they packed it, the seller had no way of knowing. They gave me a partial refund. Only real issue is the canned messages they responded with, that showed a clear lack of technical understanding of the issue. They did ship it fast, and were responsive to communication. Now I have to repair the hoist before I can install it. It was a good price.

Item as described! - Fast shipper! - Once the USPS received the package they took 17 days to deliver it just 200 miles. The USPS helped the package travel over 2100 miles. The package even visited the same Regional Center twice several days apart. The USPS made it an amazingly frustrating but decent transaction! It was not the fault of the seller! - Thanks so much!
