Looks Good. Fits Perfectly.
Removing the old emblem was the most difficult part of this emblem replacement. I used a hot gun and patience, making sure I removed all of the old adhesives. The replacement emblem looks good and fits perfectly. My only concern was that it shipped in a flexible, bubble-wrap envelope. In that the parts are plastic I expected it would ship in a small box, which it didn't. That's the only reason for my one-star deduction. It works & looks good you just have to employ some augmentation..
The three connecting posts are not for a 2014 e250 grill. Though the two far spread posts will line up but they are not the same pointed lock posts as the original emblem, but they work after you remove the pinch tabs. The third lower centerish speed nut post requires re-drilling the grill to center the emblem into the front recessed pocket. The no slip tacky back was a good idea.
