    Get what you pay for

    We had a time trying to get these clippers to cut hair. They pulled and didn't cut evenly. After readjusting them numerous times we finally added a few drops of 3in1 oil to the blades and they worked better. Still pull and don't cut evenly or easily. The old tale of "you get what you pay for" is true. I'll be buying a better $70.00 hair clipper.

    Not as powerful as previous generations

    Works okay, but cuts more slowly than the clipper that came with the HC-921 from several years ago. It chokes and pulls hair if you go too quickly on thicker areas. When you do a side by side comparison between models it's clear that they have tried to cut costs at every possible level - metal components are replaced with plastic, plastic parts are thinner and cheaper, it comes with a garbage bag instead of a nylon apron to collect hair. This is our reality.
