gets me to sleep
I have severe depression which is controlled with medicine (for the most part) but do seem to have a lot of trouble getting to sleep so thats why I tried this. I really think is works because I go to bed thinking "I wonder if I will be able to get to sleep?" and the next thing I know, I am waking up hours later. I am feeling less "overall anxious" as well. I am hoping I will feel other benefits as well as time goes by. I have only used it for a little over a week. So far, I don't know how I lived without this.The only thing I would tell anyone before using it is that when you massage it into your skin if you have any small cuts or scratches on you, it is going to sting like heck because of the salt content. Sprayer or product too thick to spray.

Great for leg/foot cramps
