You want the Best!
The absolutely only substitute for fresh vanilla bean and I mean only! It captures both the freshness in flavor and look. NOTHING FROM NOBODY else will do! Yes, that is improper Grammar but I am making a point so listen. This should be in your cupboard for emergencies and when only the best will work. Yes, I have some regular vanilla extract in my cupboard ( NM of course) and when it is just quick french toast for the littlest grandkids or brownies I use that. But when and where it shows, this is the Goddess of all bottled Vanilla. As the cost on Vanilla Beans go up, so does the cost of genuine vanilla. And then, make it into a paste with flavors, and it skyrockets. When I first started using this product 12 years ago, it was so inexpensive, but alas. If you want something of quality, you just buy less. Now? Use a teaspoon of it drizzled straight on vanilla ice cream, combine it with your favorite balsamic vinegar, or drizzle a little on your oatmeal or rice pudding.
