- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThis item worked as described and is now installed on top of my bus (motorhome). I did glue the pieces together with plastic epoxy (this gives you more working time than PVC pipe adhesive). I also sanded and painted the PCV to increase the protection again the elements (especially UV light). I used stainless screws though the sides into aluminum angle. No need to put nuts on the back as they screwed well into the plastic. I also used 100% silicone. My V2 Starlink works great.

I contacted the company and was absolutely astonished someone actually answered the phone, I was able to send a photo of the problem I had by text message. They immediately sent me a replacement overnight. Hot Tip, heat the flagpole up a little with a heat gun or hairdryer and drive the adapter in slowly. Worked like a charm. Absolutely awesome customer service and very satisfied with the product.
