The ad was deceptive saying “last item”. After purchase the seller asked what size I wanted. Why if it was the last item? When it finally arrived it was a piece of junk that looked like brass not gold. I requested a return which they finally approved but told me to send it to an address in India. UPS quoted me $151 for shipping. The item totaled $101. It was shipped from Edison NJ so giving an address in India is a clear attempt to prevent the return.

I’ve contacted the seller every day since I received my bracelet. I ordered a white diamond cz and they sent me a blue sapphire bracelet.
Not only what I ordered but the clasp is totally broken. It doesn’t even fit.
The bracelet is very cheaply made.
My whole experience is disappointing.
Most disappointing is that they haven’t gotten back to me.
There are no returns but I should think they could make an exception for it being broken and not what I ordered.
