Lights are listed with free shipping. I got a postage due stamp on envelope for $3.53. Contacted seller, they accused the postman of stamping the envelope and stealing the money. Seller requested a receipt from the post office, I got the receipt, seller said it was fake. The receipt had the United States Postal Service letter head and was stamped with the date.
