    It’s a breaker plate. Very glad it came in the Delco Remy box with part number; it’s good to have for reference, in case I ever need to replace again - let’s hope not. Price was good for an OE part - online vendor parts didn’t fit; this one does. It’s as pictured, wire resistance check to plate was a good 0.02Ω. Showed up on time, bubble-wrapped in OE box. Looking forward to finalizing this new-to-me distributor!
