pick up tube does NOT reach down far enough into the pan. two inches of space between pick up tube and bottom of pan... if i installed it.. it would have killed my motor. the pan itself is quality.. but for an inexperienced person assembling a motor, this package would have caused more problems then solved. quality control is key here... had to order another pick up tube
