I had bought this light setup as of afew months ago now.Giving me the time to fairly test it out.To tell anyone this system is of a very good quality.But has afew real limitations.Starting with the battery pack that comes with this light set.Its one not enough mah rating.Being at 6400 mAh and 8.4 volts.What you want is a 8.4 volt with a higher mAh rating ,When the 6400 you can look at as a power limit.And one of 8400 or close enough to that number.Will only then allow you a run time closer to what the description claims.However, I still doubt you will see anything in 12 hours of use.When as it comes this battery pack happens to be that one they talk about for running out quick! The mAh is one of the problems while the other Im sure happens to be in the fact it needs a on/off dedicated power switch.Which the one that appears to be made for this.And changes light beam functions.Only seems to shut off the beam.However the longer it just sits the sooner its dead.Ive not ever seen over a hour of use out of this light setup period.For anyone that can buy one for the reduced price like I did of 32.00 Id still recommend buying it.Then buy the larger mah rated pack and keep this as a backup.When I seriously doubt anyone will be unhappy with the head lamps performance! Its real good provides all the light anyone could hope for out of one high end led setup.I run mine on low and still have good clear light on high its one strong beam! And its all of high quality.Last Id still buy this one over all the insanely high priced units out there.For the simple reason.What you save on one of these cheaper units.Will buy you many potent battery packs. Now as for what all this light system comes with.You should be pleased.When it comes with everything you will need plus afew extra parts.And all work like they should .For attaching both head and tail lights.And the battery pack.I quickly got tired of all the extra power cord.And cut off what I don't need and solderd and shrink tubed it back together. Now its less of a mess.Other than the battery pack being not long lived.This is my only other issue.Which isn't bad better to have more cord than not enough.I also would not advise going with any higher than this 1200 lumens. For why? Your on a bicycle not the baja 1000 this light will produce more light than most will honestly use.If you cant see well with this light.Id say stay home at night.When nothing will help you.I forgot to say that when you turn on this light.You will see a lighted button maybe this is whats helping to run down the battery? OR maybe its a poor quality battery pack?? Don't know but it isn't enough for certain. Hope all this helps when you may want to try another setup.Read full review
