Somewhat lighter and "flimsier" than it looked like in the business photo. Too new to say how rugged it really is. Bought the orange for urban traffic visibility. I don't think it will become my primary backpack, but it could satisfy most people's needs there (including mine.) Wish it held somewhat more, especially when secondary zippered pockets are bulging. Still consider it an excellent deal for the price.
