    I received this item, which arrived in extremely poor condition due to improper packing. Unfortunately, the box was flimsy, and the items were not secured with any padding, leading to their breakage during shipping. Additionally, the Cricut machine was covered in animal hairs, which is completely unacceptable. To resolve this, I repackaged everything properly for return, which significantly increased my shipping costs—triple what I initially paid. She refused to participate in the cost.
