I seem to have received 4 cat bags instead of two. I got a shipping package with two smaller shipping packages in it. I've only opened one of the smaller ones. It had two cat bags in it. I'm believing the second package also contains 2 cat bags. Do you want me to ship it back to you or donate them to an animal shelter?
