When I mentioned this to them, they offered a partial refund and a replacement set on them. So I accepted the partial refund and they said they would contact me when it was ready to ship with a tracking number. When I went to follow up, they said I chose the refund instead of a replacement set. This was not the deal and they now have my other end of thr partial refund and no chess set. While he was asking that we said we could replace the item free of charge instead of the item. It was a confusion on both parts. We decided to give him a refund and days later for some reason he thought he was still getting a free set as well. Unfortunately that's not what we agreed on. Even after I said he can communicate with eBay to change the refund and give him a new set he didn't want to do that either.
