The item arrived poorly packaged and/or damaged in shipping. It was listed as NWOT but arrived with a hole in it. I have been trying to work with the seller for weeks to get this resolved, and it has still not been rectified. While her other items might be okay, based on my experience I am not able to recommend this seller. Very disappointing. If the seller does make things right, I will adjust my rating, but right now I am unable to do so.

The item was New and shipped well packaged. She claimed it was damage after deciding she wanted a refund and I don’t do refunds for this reason. I agree to final a claim to UPS (after offering her the option to file it). After UPS OR US POSTAL takes the shipment we (Sellers) have no control. I updated her as when I heard back from UPS (which they take forever to do anything….I’m sure they are shorthanded like all businesses). I hope everyone reads the other reviews.
