Feels like Vaseline on the lips but helps greatly with the healing, including the scars and holes from the cold sore. With other expensive products I've tried it would take about two weeks to heal and does not sooth the irritation, but this one does. No weird smell or taste, and no weird pale glossy shine. 100% recommended.
