- n***a (100)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseGreat customer service, i had several hiccups with installation but had customer service in contact the whole way through. despite the struggles, i was able to get everything to work except for the backup camera. i finally gave up and went to my local shop to have it fixed. although i was a little unpleased by the ease of installation, i was able to make it work. i was contemplating on returning the item but spending another $80 to have it fixed wasn’t too bad (could’ve been better).

He got back to me every time within hours or the most a day and it was just tremendous, I am urgent. Anyone who has a problem with their Subaru units to purchase from him
