It is a good phone, the keys work perfectly and the unit seems very reliable even in our fringe reception. I had to consult with the shipper to resolve some initial snags getting it to work with Consumer Cellular and had to information for their access point. And I have to refer to the user manual occasionaly because I am tech challenged. but I am getting it and am now quite pleased with the phone. It is so much better than CC flips
