I was disappointed to see a refund issued for this product today until I read the note from them stating the product was damaged during shipping so they issued a full refund AND sent a FREE replacement in another color 🤘🏼 It was a lovely surprise and I'm excited to get the alternate product as I'm sure that the customer service has compensated for any gripe I may have regarding the product/quality.
