The item was used, although it was advertised as new and that was disappointing when it arrived. There was a gap with hearing back from the seller, but they were very apologetic and relayed they had missed my message. The seller conveyed they were unaware the item was used and would take it up with their supplier. Throughout, the seller was very kind. We worked it out and I wish them all the very best & would try them again. Ebay international shipping and guarantee made things easier.

Our associate showed us all 8 super long messages whereas you made the false claim these were used. They were in fact new/tape sealed from the factory as shown in the photos. At no time did we state we were unaware it was used nor did we state we would contact the supplier as we knew according to the photos they were new. We have sold multiple boxes of these w/ no issues. You filed for refund, kept the item and left negative feedback based on false pretenses. Our associate WAS very kind to you.

I've just read the reply from the seller to my feedback today and found it incredibly upsetting. In 15 years, I think this is the only negative feedback I had ever left as the seller put my health at risk. If anyone but me cares about this, unless eBay takes the listing down, or the seller removes photos, the broken seal on the box is in the pictures on the eBay item page.
