I The instructions are not totally correct they have it backwards on the assembly. After a few attempts of assembly I finally realized it. The ramp should attach on the right side. Not left.

    Mixed results

    Fits well, nice construction.....BUT, light output with standard halogen bulbs is feeble and unacceptable at best. I fitted a pair of 10,000 lms (5,000 lms each) bulbs with hopes of improving light on the road, which was accomplished, sort of. Super high output LED's made Illumination great, however light pattern cast on pavement is really poor. After many attempts of adjusting distrubiton for an acceptable balance, I managed to obtain marginally acceptable settings. These lamps might be OK for city drivers who don't drive at high speeds on unlit/poorly lit secondary roads very often, but those who do are advised to choose OEM units.

    Excellent curb appeal!

    Beautiful lights, well made and lights up the road. The YouTube wiring instructions aren't specifc to the Mini Cooper. So it leaves questions unanswered. Should contact mechanic who has aftermarket products experience. But these lights will get you noticed.

    Headlights

    It is not a good as the lights I replaced, poor light distribution and not strong enough, look good though. I would like to send them back and get something better with hi/lo beam either led or hid, whichever is brighter.
