    Great performance, but a little work to set up for Linux users.

    My review is generally directed toward Linux users like myself, but can apply to others. I bought this card to upgrade an older computer. Needed good specs but limited to 4x capability. Worked good once I found the right driver. Took some work to get the Linux driver, and I don't like how Nvidia documents their stuff, but the performance is solid. This card has taken a pretty big load off an old Dell's cpu, so I'm seeing a lot of improvement in performance. I believe this Nvidia is equal to and greater than it's competitors as far as performance, such as ATI or Maxtel or Radeon. However, between Catalyst and Xorg, the others are easier to set up than Nvidia, and the documentation for which driver package supports which card is better with others as well.
