I ordered a all black glove as seen in picture. They was supposed to have a gel palm and doesn't. They did however offer discounts but return was gonna be outta my pocket. Didn't even offer to try and send correct glove.

The item was received exactly as described but the bag's stitching and material is very weak it literally started falling a part the first day of use. Avoid yourself the hassle and just get a Jansport, Kipling or some other notable established brand known for their quality.
