For one thing, the product was listed as new in original packaging. This was not in a box, and the inside seal was not on it. I have bought this item in the past and it always comes in a box, and with a seal over the cream. Then when I contacted the seller 3 times and did not get a response I knew I couldn’t give a positive feedback. I feel communication is very important.
