Photos didn’t match the actual server. Besides that the server came with only 2 ssd trays, which to be fair is listed on in the description but hard to notice. Comes with filler pieces that don’t really serve a purpose besides filling the voids. Had to purchase 26 caddies separate at $5 each.

" Photos didn’t match ... server came with only 2 ssd trays, ... hard to notice." ? The absence of all hard drives is the ONLY difference in the photos but not hard to notice. Written right in the title AND in the Description which defines what's included. The blank fillers keep dust, and insects out of the vacant HDD bays AND maximize the air flow. If we were to include ALL trays, we would have charged $10 more per tray, STILL less than what you paid. Extra items have a cost impact.

Clearly theyre overcharging for trays if you need to charge $10 for them. I get its more cost effective for you to part those trays out but all I am saying is to make it clear only 2 are included. AND an actual photo of the server instead of a stock image. Imagine you go to a restaurant and pick something based off the photo and something less comes back, obviously you would be upset that its not what you expected.
