Simple to setup. Takes about 5 minutes. Details on this are excellent. The home base was placed next to a wall outlet. They even provided 2-sided sticky tape to anchor the base down. On another purchase so,e time back with a Samsung model, I had to eventually figure out the tape thing as the base kept moving about when the vac went ‘home’. Instructions are very clear. This is a case-model as I see it, but perfect if you just want it to roam about the home.

The power bank arrived pristine, in a never opened/sealed box, and in perfect condition. The box showed no signs of damage or wear, just a little age. The power bank arrived at a charge level of 27%. The seller was very responsive to my questions.
Buyer beware, although the power bank is able to output up to 87Wh, three of the USB ports (C2 and A1/2) are limited to 20Wh in any combination; limiting high speed charge on those ports (see chart from owners manual).
