It had been so long since I "saved for Later" that I forgot there's a "GPU Style ATXPower Connector" card port, which is for pushing 16+ drives per port for extra juice (works without). Package came on time & well packed, looking like it was ready to nerd out. It's fun getting creative with this "2-in-1" (2x 9300-8i's) storage controller & experimenting /w iSCSI storage/networking & MPIO in the HL. I'm happy /w this find @ a great $!

They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.
