The seller is mendacious Listed the item as new in box. I received the item today: perfume bottle is not full, the lotion not only has been used but it's soiled with old yellow/brown spots. I notified the seller but the seller still insists that the item was new. Here is her response: "It was sealed in plastic hence why I didn't take pictures of the inside. I dont know how it was "opened" and "used"." Stay away from this seller.
