It took three weeks to get delivered. One of the longest waits I have ever had on ebay. When it arrived the right pocket had not been sewn correctly, like the material inside was overlapped and sewn again. This meant I could not ever put my right hand inside the Coat pocket. The left side was fine. This is poor quality assurance. This should have bee checked before they bothered shipping it to me. I want a full refund since the coat is defective and it is not my fault the sale fell through!

The item is super thin, but the worst part is the customer service. They are not us based as stated in their profile! Item came from Pakistan and the item wasn’t shipped out for almost 2 weeks after I ordered it . I asked for a resolution I was offered a 5% refund and to be honest it’s not enough! It already took the seller 10+ days to ship and even provide a tracking number….. terrible experience !
