The shipping was great, however, I found the bottle not looking new. Words are rubbed off and the nozzle had makeup inside, so it looks like someone pumped it before. I opened the bottle and the lip had makeup drippings. 😟 I was hesitant about buying this since it did not come with a box and this color is almost impossible to find, but I gave it a go and now I know.
