Fast ship, secure packaging, good value. One caveat: PowerBook received was not the specific powerbook pictured (identifying blemishes were different). PowerBook received had identical specs and equivalent condition except for some cosmetic damage (front corner ding) not related to shipping. Seller could not provide the one pictured and did offer compensation. But overall, good value for price paid, PowerBook works very well (GREAT display in this one!)--and I'm satisfied as is.
