The item is incorrectly designated as genuine Shimano product. It's a cheap Chinese knockoff. It's mentioned on the package that is made in China. That in itself would not necessarily a problem. What is a problem is that the Chinese manufacturer did not follow the original specs. The cleats are a a bit smaller than the original Shimano and consequently they move back and forth in the pedal. In other words the bike shoe is not locked in the pedal. It makes pedaling rather inefficient.
