    It’s Good, Not Fantastic

    I was less than ten years old when these shows were originally aired. The Beatles clips are nicely cleaned up in comparison to other parts of the same disc(s), so I’m satisfied. I don’t believe there is anything much better you can buy than these (for that), and they are quite reasonably priced. The shows are for real fans, not the casually interested, but everyone who like the Beatles will enjoy those segments. The rest of the shows are anywhere from awful to OK, but today’s standards would date them quite lame. The old commercials are kinda cool, but you’ll likely tire of them easily.

    Historic footage of The Beatles on their first visit to the U.S. Like many people my age, I saw this on TV as a child, so it's quite fun to finally own it!

    Get this dvd!

    Its one the greatest rock and roll statements. The Beatles are the greatest music act of all time! It shows them at their peak. Very entertaining and fun to watch. Their performances are powerful and they sound pretty to. Their first U.S. appearance nothing needs to be said that has not be said. The dvd is full of songs i knew of and songs i did not know where go to be there. It has extras to.

    Love The Beatles

    Anybody that has known me for any long period of time KNOWS I'm a Beatles fan..... So being ablbe to see them preform on the Ed Sullivan Show, even on DVD, was great. I was only like 3 years old when they hit the scene but...... Grew up loving them. This DVD series truely exposes the talent they had.
