    Inner bolts tough

    Only bought bumper no tire carrier. Great deal. Came in a heavy duty box,packed nicely. No damage. Big box. Bumper built heavy duty w 3/8 plate for brkt. A drill template would b nice as holes hard to mark. Also bolts or nuts welded to a plate for the tite spot.took awhile for the left inner bolts. Finally welded rod between 2 bolts and put in from inside out.
